These collective actions are intended to offer members of an OPCA ( Joint Collective Authorized Collector ), in this case the FAFIEC (OPCA  trades in digital technology, engineering, consulting, studies and trades of the ‘event’, trainings dealing with a specific theme and having a real usefulness for the increase of skills of the employees of the branch.

These are a real vote of confidence for the member companies as they attest to the quality of training organizations selected, program training adapted to the problems of member companies and a 100% financing educational costs.

To benefit from it, it is essential to meet the following requirements *:

• To be a member company of the FAFIEC and therefore to carry out an activity related to one of the sectors of the Branch,
• Be up-to-date in the payment of training contributions

Why this collective action BIG DATA “Methods, tools and languages”?

This collective action of training is done at the request of the National Joint Committee of Employment and Vocational Training (CPNEFP) Branch of digital professions, engineering, consulting, studies and professions of event for contributing companies.

The objective here is to encourage companies to train their employees on one of the innovative topics of the last few years: BIG DATA , a real turning point in the digital world .

For many companies, BIG DATA is a current concern where the need for training is obvious. Indeed, it currently generates 4.4 million jobs worldwide and by 2018, it will directly impact 15,000 jobs in France alone.

There are currently few qualified people who can understand and manage such solutions. A shortage of these human resources may therefore appear in the coming years.
